At City Errand, we strive to provide excellent service for all our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for services provided through our platform.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Refunds are only possible if your order is still in "Pending" status.

2.2 Once an errand has been assigned to a rider or marked as in progress, the refund option will no longer be available.

2.3 Refund requests will not be considered if:

2.3.1 The order has already been assigned to a rider

2.3.2 The service has been marked as in progress or completed

2.3.3 The request is made after the order is no longer in pending status

3. Refund Process

3.1 For pending orders, you can request a refund directly through the app by cancelling the order.

3.2 Refunds are automatically processed to your City Errand wallet balance.

3.3 The refunded amount will be available immediately for use on your next errand.

3.4 You can view your wallet balance in the "Wallet" section of the app.

3.5 No manual review is required for pending order cancellations.

4. Refund Method

4.1 All refunds are automatically credited to your City Errand wallet.

4.2 The refunded amount will appear in your wallet immediately after cancellation.

4.3 Wallet credits never expire and can be used for any future errands.

4.4 Credits in your wallet will be applied to your next errand.

5. Partial Refunds

5.1 In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if:

5.1.1 Only part of the service was completed

5.1.2 There were minor discrepancies in the service provided

5.1.3 The issue only affected part of your order

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 You may cancel an errand at any time while it's still in "Pending" status for a full refund to your wallet

6.2 Once a rider has been assigned, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded

6.3 The refunded amount will be available in your wallet for future use

7. Disputes

7.1 If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by our customer service team

7.2 Please provide any additional information that may help us review your case

7.3 All decisions made by our review team are final

8.1 We may update this Refund Policy from time to time

8.2 Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date
